Dear Millridge Families,

Welcome to Millridge Elementary School! It is an honor to serve as the principal of a school community where children are known, celebrated, challenged, and deeply cared for each day.

At Millridge, our students are at the center of every decision we make. We want each child to arrive at school feeling safe, excited to learn, and confident that they belong. We recognize that every student brings unique strengths, interests, experiences, and needs to our classrooms. Our responsibility is to see each child fully, build upon those strengths, and provide the support and opportunities needed for every student to grow.

This commitment comes to life through our incredible Millridge staff. Our teachers, support staff, specialists, paraprofessionals, secretaries, custodians, and school leaders bring tremendous skill, compassion, creativity, and dedication to their work. They do far more than teach academic content. They build relationships, nurture confidence, inspire curiosity, encourage perseverance, and create meaningful experiences that children will remember long after they leave our classrooms.

Together, we are committed to providing rigorous, inclusive, and engaging learning experiences that support the whole child. We want our students to become strong readers, writers, mathematicians, thinkers, collaborators, problem-solvers, and kind community members. Most importantly, we want them to believe in themselves and understand that their voices, ideas, and contributions matter.

My greatest hope is that every child leaves Millridge each day knowing they are loved, capable, and an important part of our Mustang family. Together, with the strength of our staff, the partnership of our families, and the unlimited potential of our students, we will continue building a school community where every child can learn, grow, and shine.
